Brixing a flow regulated bargun
Steps
- Remove Nozzle (PH10-60)
- Put Syrup separator (PH10-83) onto diffuser
- Get brix cup (PH10-35), put syrup hole into small, water into large
- Remove the flow regulated manifold cover (FR-15)
- Loosen the nut (FR-11) on the relevant flow regulator
- Turn the screw (FR-10) counter clockwise to increase the flow, clockwise to decrease the flow
- Measure the brix ratio with the brix cup (PH10-35), Repeat step 6 and 7 until brix ratio appropriately set
- Tighten the flow regulator screw (FR-10) and re-attach flow regulated manifold cover
